The help and referral phone line

The help and referral phone line service is a free and confidential service which provides support to break the isolation, to talk about what you’re going through and to address problems related to your disorder.

Easter weekend schedule March 29 to April 1, 2024 :

• Friday, March 29: 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm
• Saturday, March 30: 8:00am to 3:00am
• Sunday, March 31: 8:00 am to noon
• Monday April 1st: 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm
