The help and referral phone line

The help and referral phone line service is a free and confidential service which provides support to break the isolation, to talk about what you’re going through and to address problems related to your disorder. It is also aimed at the loved ones of people suffering from an eating disorder, community workers and healthcare professionals.

It’s a free, confidential service that helps you break the isolation, express your suffering and talk about your eating disorder.

Holiday Schedule : December 24 to January 3

• December 24 : 8 am to 8 pm
• December 25 – Closed
• December 26-27 : noon to 8 pm
• December 28-29 : from 8 am to 4 pm
• December 30-31 : from noon to 8 pm
• January 1st – Closed
• January 2 from noon to 8 pm
