Closed support groups

If you believe you are suffering from anorexia, bulimia, binge-eating disorder, or have an obsession with food, and you are ready to start a journey to recovery, we believe that this closed support group can help you. Within our support groups, we promote an environment where you will feel safe, understood, and accepted, which can only help make your task easier. ANEB groups provide assistance and give you the opportunity to talk confidentially with people who understand the eating disorder that is affecting your life. Our approach will provide tools to allow you to regain control.

Who are ANEB Quebec closed groups intended for?

Closed support groups are intended for people 17 years of age or older who are struggling with an eating disorder or a weight obsession. They are of pre-determined duration, depending on the group (Level I, Level II, Sexuality, Nutrition, and Arts), and take place once a week at the same time and place. They are composed of a group of approximately 10 participants, which does not change during the program. Participating in a closed group requires a commitment on your part. You must be able to participate in each of the sessions and plan your schedule accordingly.

To register or to obtain additional information, do not hesitate to call ANEB at 514-630-0907 or 1 800 630-0907.
